Campfire Song

Let it go down.
Fires burn out naturally.
Waving goodbye.
Stars turn into sky quite naturally.

And here we are too.

Moon on the sky.
A tear on the eye.
The sunrise.

So please believe you’re holding onto love while you’re holding on to me.
I still believe in eternity.
I still believe if only just because.

We’re Gettin’ Married

Maybe we didn’t do the wisest thing.
Maybe we didn’t do the smartest thing.
But we did the thing we were encouraged to by everyone but you.

So, if all around our wide white cloud, gray skies appear.
Remember, we could have been anywhere we chose to be right here.

A February morning; it’s going to be cold for sure.
We don’t mind about the climb.
Cause we’re going to get married.

Mom

Mom, be good to me. You never smile at anything I’ve ever done.
Mom, be good to me. Don’t be the only one you see. My life here has been my friend.
Mom, be good to me. You’re the only one I’ve seen since before I was born.
Mom, be good to me. Tell me what is eating you. I’m older now, and I can be your friend.
Mom, be good to me. Tell me that you like my hair even though you told me not to dye it.
Mom, be good to me. And I’ll be good to you, and then good to my daughter. Mom.

You are too cute. I am too.
Would you like coffee? Yes or no?
No thank you.

My name is Stanley.
Why can’t you hear me?

Sign language is a fun language to learn.

Pixies Song

Sitting here wishing on a cement floor.
Wishing that I had just a something you wore.

And I didn’t write that, and I’m not like that.

Silent night, Holy night.

Sitting here under a roof of stars.
Wishing you were with me on the hood of this car.
Yeah, I’d like that.
But it’s not like that.

When you say “hi” to me, I translate “I like you.”
When I say nothing to you. Translate, “I love you.”

I’m  not dumb and I’m not  a dweeb.
I’m just a sucker with no self esteem.

Yeah, I’m like that. But I didn’t write that.

When you say “hi” to me, I translate “I like you.”
When I say nothing to you. Translate, “I love you.”
